position of Head of Outsourcing who would like to join our Ukrainian team and manage key
business line in our successful Ukrainian operations.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- managing accounting and payroll operations for whole Ukraine (team of 10 people),
- extending the team jointly with our growth and continue building a strong team of people and managers able to serve top clients,
- responsibility for sales and business development activities related to outsourcing services (including management and extension of existing BD & sales team),
- responsibility for annual service lines’ budget and responsibility for meeting the
- targets,
- strong concentration on processes set-up, efficiency and continuous improvement of how we do things,
- using advantage of modern technologies and concentration on instant innovation,
- set-up, improve and control of the processes within the outsourcing,
- joining us for financial, operational and strategic planning and responsibility for meeting the objectives of the conpany,
- dealing with key accounts (large multinational companies) and represent our company in the area of accounting and payroll business,
- participating in preparation of proposals for key accounts and other clients, calculation
- of fees,
- represent our company in contact with media and business society
We require:
- at least five year’s working experience in the area of finance and processes set-up and
- integration,
- preferably experience with leading bigger team of people and experience with setting up processes in larger scale business,
- previous work for international company is an advantage,
- language skills in English at advanced level, knowledge of other language is an
- advantage,
- knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at user level,
- ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
