Vice-President of Operations (Kiev/Odessa)
INTERSOG is an IT outsourcing company, offering top-quality software development, outsourcing and out-staffing services in the Ukraine. We follow both traditional and custom IT outsourcing models.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded, self-motivated individual, with excellent communicational and customer service skills, a professional who is looking to grow with the Company.
Workplace location: Kiev or Odessa company office, depends on candidate’s choice.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Experience in a managerial position;
- Experience with Sales projects(preferred);
- Experience in an IT industry (preferred);
- Experience in an outsourcing company (a plus);
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly;
- Ability to stay focused and work under pressure;
- Genuine team player.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, control and coordinate the internal business processes of the company ;
- Responsible for following the company's strategy and its realization on the market;
- Report directly to the CEO and company's co-founders about the tasks accomplishments;
- Responsible for providing stable revenue and profits according to the plan;
- Provide constant communication between the departments of the company and the CEO.
