MARKETING DIRECTOR (Kiev/ Odessa)
INTERSOG is an IT outsourcing company, offering top-quality software development, outsourcing and out-staffing services in the Ukraine. We follow both traditional and custom IT outsourcing models
We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded, self-motivated individual, with excellent communicational and customer service skills, a professional who is looking to grow with the Company.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Experience in a managerial position;
- Experience with Marketing and Advertising;
- Experience in an IT industry (preferred);
- Experience in an outsourcing company (a plus);
- Experience with Events organization and preparation;
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly;
- Ability to stay focused and work under pressure;
- Genuine team player.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing and company's presentation on the market;
- Responsible for branding strategy;
- Responsible for Events preparation and organization;
- Responsible for following the company's strategy and its realization on the market;
- Report directly to the CEO and company's co-founders about the tasks accomplishments;
