Requirements:
- High level energy and enthusiastic person;
- Ukrainian and English – fluent, PC advanced user;
- Perfect knowledge of vehicle construction;
- From 3 years of experience in sales (automobile sphere is a plus, but not a must);
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;
- Experience in coaching and training is a plus;
- Higher education (technical is preferable);
- Experienced driver (B category).
Basic Functions:
- Spare parts and accessories sales;
- Developing and promoting spare parts and accessories;
- Analyzing the competitors’ market;
- Ordering spare parts and accessories from manufacture for importer’s stock;
- Cooperation with manufacture coordinator;
- Cooperation with dealership network: coach, support, control dealers in terms of meeting
- manufacture’s standards and sales targets, employees’ evaluation;
- Initiating and organization of spare parts & accessories sales campaigns;
- Reporting.
