Alexander has 14 years of experience in international business - companies Philip Morris, Canon, Shafer Shop, Viasat (MTG). He has successful experience in В2С and В2В areas in following industries: FMCG, Service to Business, Consumer Electronics and IT, Telecommunications.


Alexander Bakka is a founder of the SalesVector consulting group and member of the Experts Board of the professional association B2B Ukraine. Alexander is an author and trainer of more than 200 workshops on the following topics:

  • Managing sales systems and teams;
  • Strategy designing and improving business processes;
  • Sales, key account management, distribution;
  • Staff selection, teambuilding;
  • Negotiations;
  • Effective communication, technologies of problem solving and decision making;
  • Marketing and merchandising.
