Information about some implemented projects.

1.Chain of restaurants "MAFIA" (2013-2014, 2017): evaluation of the financial service, detailing its tasks and functions, and making adjustments to the company's organizational structure; comparative analysis of financial statements and clarification of KPI; consulting on making a business plan for launching a franchise project.

2. Mounttex (2015, 2016): Business Model Audit, diagnosis of problems and risks; Identifying the Business industry specific and forming-up a financial profile of the company; improvement of working capital and liquidity management; optimization of cost management and changes in the system of current budgeting, due to the fact of start of production activities and the launch of new investment projects. The following tasks were also solved:
- how to monitor the operational and money cycle, formulate strategies for financing and managing working capital;
- how to assess the risks in the management of debtors, the effectiveness of credit policy;
- how to monitor the system of corporate budgets, the company's cash budget.

3.
