Goals of the position:
- develop internal communications, manage and maintain relationships within the company
- lead Intranet development project
- be an advisor in cross functional relationships
- provide input to the overall ER and internal communications strategy
- participate in HR projects development
- support induction trainings
- organize town halls
- investigate and guide whistle blowing issues
- build internal employer brand
The successful candidate has:
- min 2 years of experience in Internal communications, PR
- proven experience in managing ER projects (complex communication, competitions etc.)
- experience with internal advertisement projects
- social networking skills
- intranet skills
- internal content management experience
- project manager approach
- high level of independence and proactivity
- ability to deal with complex cases including harassment
