Responsibilities:
- Tax & legal consulting (internal as well as external for clients)
- Tax optimization
- Labour and migration law: work permits, temporary residence certificates etc
- Agreements’ preparation and other legal issues in the area of commercial, labour and
- corporate law
- Monitoring changes in current legislation
Requirements:
- University degree (Law)
- Relevant experience in the Ukrainian and international legal and tax advisory (experience with the "big four" is a major advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of tax, commercial, labour and corporate law of Ukraine
- Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
- Fluent English, particularly in legal, tax and finance terminology; German would be a "plus"
- Willingness to work hard
- Ability to communicate at the international level
