Digital Manager is a strategic and transversal role, key lever of Business transformation and agent of change, reporting to the Country General Manager. It is an ambitious role is to drive change, influencing across the organization in order to ensure consumer/client experience and long term loyalty, and driving business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set the strategy, the proper plan, and the appropriate monitoring of the above listed fields, seizing new & best business opportunities, deploying synergies across divisions and brands
• Build synergies across divisions and brands to potentialize consumer knowledge, research, insight, listening & foresight across and beyond all our brands, consumer relation & service (consumer affairs, data management, CRM)
• Collaborate closely with divisions and brand GMs to promote alignment & strategic development across the different marketing and business initiatives
• Develop business (e-business, m-business) & new business models, leading task forces across functions in order to bring ideas into market
• Evaluate practices and opportunities, and provide top management with analysis, actionable inputs & recommendation on business and campaigns opportunities
Your Background:
• From 5 years in Digital Marketing/Brand Building, CRM, Content Management, Strategic Business Planning , Mastering in digital marketing tactics
• Direct or indirect E-commerce experience
• Perfect understanding of local digital concept and digital marketing
• International experience is a plus
• English upper-intermediate
• Multitasking, able to work with big volumes of data
• Innovation and curiosity spirit
