Vice-President of Sales (Kiev/Odessa)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded, self-motivated individual, with excellent communicational and customer service skills, a professional who is looking to grow with the Company.
Workplace location: Kiev or Odessa company office, depends on candidate’s choice.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Experience in a Senior Leadership position (2+ years);
- Experience with Sales (10+ years);
- Experience in IT Outsourcing or IT Services industries;
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly;
- Ability to stay focused and work under pressure;
- Genuine team player;
- MBA degree (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities are to lead, control and direct the Sales Department to meet and exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives;
- Responsible for strategic planning;
- Manage the personnel of the Company;
- Sell, leverage technology and improve processes;
- Responsible for company's global sales.
- The role is compensated with a salary plus a variable commission tied to the attainment of business goals.
