Vice-President of Sales (Kiev/Odessa)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded, self-motivated individual, with excellent communicational and customer service skills, a professional who is looking to grow with the Company.

Workplace location:  Kiev or Odessa company office, depends on candidate’s choice.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must
  • Experience in a Senior Leadership position (2+ years);
  • Experience with Sales (10+ years);
  • Experience in IT Outsourcing or IT Services industries;
  • Eagerness and ability to learn quickly;
  • Ability to stay focused and work under pressure;
  • Genuine team player;
  • MBA degree (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities are to lead, control and direct the Sales Department to meet and exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives;
  • Responsible for strategic planning;
  • Manage the personnel of the Company;
  • Sell, leverage technology and improve processes;
  • Responsible for company's global sales.
  • The role is compensated with a salary plus a variable commission tied to the attainment of business goals.
