While discussing the topic: Expenses Management in Uncertain Circumstances the issues concerned were as follows: flexible planning of business and spending in the face of changes, difference in costs holding, capital management, basic criteria of business effectiveness. Among the limiting factors of uncertainty the next ones were listed: reduction of sales volumes, changes in products range and sales structure, lack of working capital financing.
The speaker also highlighted the issue of flexible budgeting and described in detail the procedures of budget planning and control, responsibility of managers and activities of the Budget Committee, the choice of budget period, interrelation of budgets within a company.
When the seminar was finished, the participants had an opportunity to discuss all crucial issues with Mr Kharchenko in person over a cup of coffee.
