Last week the guest session of first year students of Executive MBA program took its place in Turkey. It is not the first time when guest sessions are conducted on our listeners’ initiative, but for this time the level was raised and the first trip beyond Ukrainian borders was arranged. All the participants were unanimous in their opinion that such trip is not only a unique possibility to consolidate knowledge and communication outside auditoriums, but also a chance simply to have rest after workday life in cosy hotel not far from the most popular Turkish health resort – the city of Kemer.

The guest session proposed studying of two important courses – the "Business Law" of Alexander Okunev, the Director of the IIB Corporative Management Centre and the "Management accounting" of technological sciences doctor, Professor Vladimir Savchuk.

The casework constituted a significant part of these studies. Absorbing discussion of real conduction of business in Ukraine made even coffee-brakes too untimely; during interactive discussions, the students had possibility to penetrate deeps of adoption of strategic decisions, crucial for effective management of their companies.

Despite very dense schedule of studies, the partisipants had energy to conduct swimming races in the morning and to play volleyball with passion in the evenings, transforming from like-minded team into inveterate rivals ready to battle for every serve.

It was also a significant fact that most students had not even left the hotel, because of very rich session program. The striking impressions will be kept in mind for a long time, and now the managers have returned to their companies with new powers and armed with new knowledge having parted with each other just until the next session that will be fascinating as well.
