During February 8-12 the IMBA second year students had an opportunity to enrich their knowledge in the area of international financial management.

That is to participate in the classes in Mergers and Acquisitions delivered by Isaac Otchere, Associate Professor of Finance at the University of New Brunswick (Canada.) This course belongs to the block of electives, offered to our students within Canadian part of the IMBA program. The goal of the course is to equip managers with what they need to know and the skills they need to have to be effective in the M&A world. It seeks to help managers to identify the best ways to analyze, develop and implement mergers and acquisitions. The course feedback from both students and experts has been very positive while the instructor has won our sincere respect and love.
