As you may know, Peter Poroshenko has won Ukrainian Presidential elections by a landslide, marking a turning point for Ukraine’s political and economic development.

In order to explain the historical significance of this monumental event, and provide their insights into the future of the nation, we have invited the following two speakers to discuss “Ukraine’s Newly Elected President: What Awaits Ukraine:”

Mr. Oleksandr Savchenko, President of International Institute of Business, ex-Deputy Minister of Finance and ex-Deputy Chief of National Bank of Ukraine (see http://www.frishberg.com/index.php/en/oleksandr-savchenko) and

Mr. Taras Kuzio, a Research Associate, Centre for Political and Regional Studies, Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, University of Alberta and a Non-Resident Fellow, Center for Transatlantic Relations (CTR), School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University.

Our round table will take place on Thursday, May 29, at 4 pm, at Franko Royal, (formerly known as Bacchus) located at ul. Franka, 16/2, Kiev, Ukraine.
