1.Chain of restaurants "MAFIA" (2013-2014, 2017): evaluation of the financial service, detailing its tasks and functions, and making adjustments to the company's organizational structure; comparative analysis of financial statements and clarification of KPI; consulting on making a business plan for launching a franchise project.


2. Mounttex (2015, 2016): Business Model Audit, diagnosis of problems and risks; Identifying the Business industry specific and forming-up a financial profile of the company; improvement of working capital and liquidity management; optimization of cost management and changes in the system of current budgeting, due to the fact of start of production activities and the launch of new investment projects.
