Patsera Kostyantyn

Patsera1Kostyantyn Patsera - is a head of Analytical Boutique Company, a visiting tutor at IIB.

Kostyantyn is consulting companies on data analysis. Before entering consulting sphere Kostyantyn was working at Kyivstar as Modeling Manager in Business Analysis and Marketing Planning department. As the result of his efforts numerous models on segmentation, customer retention, cross- and up-selling have been developed and implemented. Before that Kostyantyn had been working as a Consulting Analyst at Interpipe, where he was dealing with operational and strategic forecasting.

From 2006 to 2012 Kostyantyn taught Business Analysis (which included Marketing Research, Business Statistics, Business Forecasting, Segmentation, Predictive Analytics, Optimization, Qualitative Analytical Methods) and CRM courses at kmbs [Kyiv-Mohyla Business School]. Since 2012 he has been teaching courses Analytics for TOP-managers and Analytics for HR at LvBS [Lviv Business School of UCU]. Since 2019 he has been teaching course Analytics for a leader at IIB [International Institute of Business].
