Marketing director of the Philips Ukraine company, as well as the regional business leader of the MCC category in the Central and Eastern European region of Philips CEE.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy on the Ukrainian market for four key categories, as well as for the development of a regional strategy for 29 countries of the CEE region ("Mother and Child Care" category for the Avent brand).

Oksana has worked in marketing for more than 18 years and has experience in key positions in the following international companies: Philips, Coca-Cola, Procter and Gamble, Orangina Schweppes, Kimberly Clark and Bic. Over the years, she created a successful development strategy, changed and grew the business of the following brands: Rich, Dobry, Gillette, Old Space, Safeguard, Camay, Rosinka, Sofia Kyivska, Capri-Sonne, Kleenex, Huggies, Bic, Philips.
