Purpose of the role:

- Lead the Ukraine Marketing Team (Product Marketing, Marketing Communications & forecasting & planning).

- Develop together with team and implement Marketing strategy in Ukrainian market to insure company results and meet business targets.

- Drive the company brands development in positioning, market penetration, and pricing that will improve the organization’s competitive position and is consistent with the company overall mission, vision, and objectives.

Principal Accountabilities, key activities:

- Responsible for the implementation and localization of the European Marketing strategy in the following areas - Product & Brand Marketing, Promotions, Communications, Sponsorship & Spokesperson, CRM, Media Campaigns.

- Manages & Creates yearly plan of marketing activities by partnering the European marketing teams and local affiliate management.

- Responsible for the implementation of any activities associated with the company Brand such as media Campaign by managing the local media plan with local agencies.

- Responsible for day to day management of the team by providing direction, key messages and priorities.

- Schedules and supervises work and performance of the Local Marketing team.

- Defines & manages local affiliate working relationships and processes along with the interfaces to the different stakeholders across Europe.

- Has in depth knowledge of local sciences / affiliates business strategy and activity, constantly grows knowledge in close cooperation with the stakeholders.

- Manages local marketing budget in accordance with European marketing.

- Represents local marketing at any key stakeholder meetings / discussions.

- Compiles marketing monthly reports for European Marketing Communications Director.

- Manages and leads the marketing team: Portfolio Specialists, Communications specialists, Forecasting and Planning, Trade specialist.

- Is responsible for the HR management of the team in terms of performance reviews, objective setting and handling any disputes.

Key Qualifications required /Prerequisites:

- Marketing Degree is required (CIM).

- At least 5 years experience in managing marketing activities with at least 3 years of supervision or management of people.

- Experience in marketing key functions of Product, Brand management and Communications, along with management of local media planning.

- Strong leadership skills and project management skills; can inspire team for the great results.

- Good analytical thinking & creative thinking.

- Initiative person can offer and implement new projects.

- Self-starter, pushes himself/ herself to meet tough deadlines.

- Fluent English & Ukrainian.
