Goals of the position:

  • develop internal communications, manage and maintain relationships within the company
  • lead Intranet development project
  • be an advisor in cross functional relationships
  • provide input to the overall ER and internal communications strategy
  • participate in HR projects development
  • support induction trainings
  • organize town halls
  • investigate and guide whistle blowing issues
  • build internal employer brand

The successful candidate has:

  • min 2 years of experience in Internal communications, PR
  • proven experience in managing ER projects (complex communication, competitions etc.)
  • experience with internal advertisement projects
  • social networking skills
  • intranet skills
  • internal content management experience
  • project manager approach
  • high level of independence and proactivity
  • ability to deal with complex cases including harassment
