Career Development Center provides IIB students and alumni the following services:

Job Listing

The Career Development Centre regularly disseminates information to the IIB-Ukraine students and alumni about job openings in national and international companies. This information is also available at the CDC information desk.

Internship in Ukraine and abroad

IIB is aimed at finding student internships. Internships are valuable in providing first hand exposure to the world of business and management so as to be able to apply new knowledge and skills in a real business environment.

International career - Access to Global level

IIB-Ukraine students and alumni have a unique possibility to access CIM, CIMA, CIPR qualification or MBA database.

Creation of CV database

CDC creates and regularly updates the CV database of current students and alumni of UPBA, CIM, CIPR, CIMA and МВА programs. If you are seeking a career move or plan to change the current job, please send us your CV at career@iib.com.ua.

Surveys and Questionnaires

Survey on the long-term results of study

CDC conducts, and manages on the annual basis, the surveys on the long-term results of study at IIB among MBA programme graduates.

These surveys help to gather information about current career status, professional development, employment, and salary and income growth.

International cooperation and projects

Labour market survey

CDC in conjunction with Alumni Association take part in the international project on Recruitment and Labour market in Ukraine and Europe - Recruitment Confident Index (RCI) surveys that is conducted together with ALBA Graduate Business School (Greece). One of the main goals of this survey is to present the trends on recruitment and labour market every 6 months in the country.

Cooperation with GMAC

In 2011 CDC managed IIB participation in the 2011 GMAC Corporate Recruiter Survey. The Graduate Management Admission Council conducts an annual student exit survey for graduate business schools around the world (Global Management Education Graduate Survey). This survey provided insights and perspectives about educational experience of students and career goals. Srudents of MBA programs are regular respondents of the survey.

Colaboration with Polish Foundation for Management Studies

International Institute of Business and Polish Foundation for Management Studies conduct a survey on leadership in business-organizations in Poland and Ukraine. Obtained information allows to better understand in which directions the leaders of both counries need to develop.

Cooperation with Potentialpark

In 2011 the CDC and Alumni Association have started cooperating with Potentialpark which is a market-research institute (situated in Stockholm, Berlin and Lyon) on Top Employer Web Benchmark/Online Talent Communication study. The goal of this research is to create better communication between employers and students via improvement of career websites and online application systems.
