The following grants are proposed within this competition program:
Women candidates, who demonstrate the potential of leaders and aim towards high achievement in their professional career in management, are encouraged to participate in the competition. The IIB’s grant may be appied to reduce the tuition costs.
The candidates should submit the essay explaining the motivation to study on MBA program, vision of career development and of personal professional growth.
In this category 5 grants (stipends) are proposed:
- 1 stipend of EUR 1500
- 2 stipends of EUR 1220
- 2 stipends of EJUR 1000
The applications for grants are taken from all the candidates to the program, regardless of sex, age, and citizenship. The candidates should submit the essay explaining the motivation to study at the MBA program, vision of career development and of personal professional growth. The essay should contain the detailed information about previously achieved professional results.
3 grants are proposed in this category:
- 1 stipend of 1200 euro
2 stipends of 1000 euro

Any Ukrainian, as well as foreign citizen may participate in the grant competition process. For submission of an application to participate in IIB’s grant competition, the potential candidates are required:
- to prepare the set of application documents, requested for admission to the program
- to write an essay ( motivation letter) with a note " for participation in IIB’s grant competition".
Criteria of assessment for awarding the grant stipends
The criteria for assessment of an application, participated in IIB’s grant competition, are the following:
Essay – 50 points
- The essay will be assessed according to the following criteria:
- Style and structure – 5 points
- Well grounded motivation to study – 20 points
- Acquired professional experience before the beginning of study at the program – 10 points
- Expectations and personal contribution to the program – 15 points
Test mini- GMAT - 10 points
Recommendation of an employer - 20 points
Interview– 20 points
The candidates, collected not less than 85 points in total on all criteria, will be selected for participation in grant competition within two categories. The essay should contain the original information, be well structured and clear in presenting the thoughts, justify the unique motivation of a candidate to study at IIB’s MBA program. The foreign citizens should explain why they chose Ukraine as a country of study at MBA program for them, their expectations from the communication with a group in a multinational cultural environment.
The decision about grant awarding will be taken by the Admission Commission and members of the IIB Board.
The grant stipend may be used by a grant recipient for reducing the cost of study at IIB"s MBA program, as well as for participation in open seminars on chosen subject. The winners of the grant competition will be awarded by personalized certificates.
