Professional Experience:

Over 15 years of experience within the World Bank, international and Ukrainian local companies as marketer and project manager at the area of development and implementation of the projects on restructuring, reorganization of enterprises, strategic marketing, introduction of the products and trademarks into the market, market researches.

Consultant of international organisations: United Nations Development Program, the World Bank, Federation of Canadian Municipalities, FIABCI (International association of real estate professionals), international and Ukrainian companies.

Business consultant in the areas of strategy, strategic marketing, startups, innovations, launch of the products into the markets, services, business education.

A full-time tutor, docent at the International Institute of Business, Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University (International Economy and Marketing Department) since 2011, since 2010, part-time tutor in Rome Business School, CIMA tutor (Enterprise Operations), tutor of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK) within International Institute of Business since 2010; tutor in European Business Association.

In 2016 Lidia launched an all-Ukrainian educational project for small and medium business Small and Medium Entrepreneurship School, 14 cities all over Ukraine, over 1000 alumni. The project successfully develops.

Author of more than 60 publications, articles in various editions. In 2013, as part of the World Bank project, Lydia published a Guide for Business Associations «Marketing for Business Associations. Modern opportunities for practical use".

Education:

Lidia graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of NTUU "KPI", Master of Marketing. In 2009, after studying at the postgraduate course of Taras Shevchenko KNU, she defended her PhD thesis "Formation of personnel marketing system at the enterprise", holds the rank of associate professor of the Department of International Economics and Marketing of Taras Shevchenko KNU. He holds a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.

Scientific and professional interests cover the following areas: innovations, startups; strategic marketing; agile marketing; scrum, project management; marketing management; international business.
