Professional background:
Over 15 years of experience, more specifically at the World Bank, international and Ukrainian companies.
1. As a marketer and project manager, she was involved in developing and implementing projects on:

  • assessment and restructuring of enterprises,
  • business reorganization,
  • strategic marketing,
  • communications policy,
  • marketing products and trademarks,
  • global and domestic market research.

2. Practicing business consultant on strategy development, internal marketing, strategic marketing, startups, innovation, product marketing, services, and business education.
3. Expert of the Ukrainian Startup Fund. Business Development Consultant for international organizations: the World Bank; International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); UNDP; Projector the Federation of Canadian Municipalities PLEDDG.


Developments:
1. In 2016, Lydia launched an All-Ukrainian educational project for small and medium businesses “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship School”. Within three years she extended the geography of the project to 14 cities all over Ukraine with more than 1,000 graduate entrepreneurs. The project goes on its successful operation.
2. Author of more than 60 articles published in various media. In 2013, as part of the World Bank project, Lydia published the guide for business associations “Marketing for Business Associations. Modern Opportunities for Practical Use”. In 2020, she published the book “Ukrainian Dream. I am an Entrepreneur”, which was nominated for the Business Development Book of the Year.
