Center tasks

  • Development of innovative educational programs in management and leadership for professional development of managers on the individual level. Thus they would be able to perform effectively their functions and to contribute to sustainable development of companies and society as a whole.
  • Carrying out applied research on management activities and studying best practices in leadership and management.
  • Information and experience promotion, as well as dissemination of research results and their use in educational programs;
  • Search for research partners and collaboration with national and international organizations in management.
  • Development of new and improvement of existing training programs (public, corporate, academic, qualification, MBA and post-MBA programs) that focus on further development of leadership potential of executives of the organizations.
  • Assisting companies in developing middle and top management for improvement of performance and organizational effectiveness.
