Dear colleagues,

The modern concepts of building the effective operation systems in any company, including service industries, are based on creating values for the clients and all the stakeholders.

If you are interested in such issues as

  • what values are created by the service industries,
  • how to determine the preferences and priorities of a client,
  • methods of evaluating the profile of a created value, etc.,

IIB’s strategic goal to be the best business school in Ukraine, will be achieved by attracting the best, most talented, creative, intelligent and courageous students from different countries of the world, who would also discover Ukraine as a beautiful country.

One of the initiatives contributing to the achievement of this ambitious goal is IIB’s grant competition for study on International MBA program.

Natalia Zagorniak, content leader of Centre of Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics, Associate Professor of International Institute of Business together with team of trainers conducted training program "Assistance for Social Entrepreneurship in Ukraine". The program was organized by Anti-Crisis Humanitarian Program of the International Renaissance Foundation accompanied with the British Council Ukraine, East Europe Foundation, "PricewaterhouseCoopers" in Ukraine, Erste Bank. The training was opened by Mr. Leigh Turner, the British Ambassador to Ukraine, Mr. Victor Liakh, President of East Europe Foundation and others. 65 representatives of non-governmental organizations and charity foundations have got the training.

"A business school does not only provide with a new knowledge, but it also teaches how to be a leader" - this is an invincible belief of Dr. Alexandr Savchenko, Rector of the International Institute of Business (IIB-Ukraine).

Does the market of business education exist in Ukraine?

Yes, the market of business education exists in our country, but it is considerably smaller than one of our neighbors: for example, in Poland about 1.5 thousand people get MBA diplomas annually, in comparison with 100 people in Ukraine. There are not yet enough programs in Ukraine that meet the best international standards of business education, and the goal of IIB as a leading Ukrainian school of business is to bring these standards to Ukraine, promoting the growth of management effectiveness, and , in broad terms, the competitiveness of Ukrainian economy.

The International Institute of Business has been once again included into the list of TOP-100 Leaders of Ukrainian business. These are the results of the research "TOP-100. Decisions for business", made by the Research Center Rating TOP-100, and published in Ukrainian Investment Journal.

The independent experts base their evaluations on the information they get "in the fields" – from the partners, clients, providers and competitors.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

This research is focused on better understanding of leader’s portrait in modern Ukrainian business.
